This is a software dedicated for chip programmers(electrical engineers) who just do many calculations or refer a book to for a binary code sentence.. But this software is specially programmed. This software is used to convert Text into binaries or binaries to text. Even the complicated ones.

Needs at least 24mb Ram.

System requirements: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7

Winrar help:
After you download starts click open or open the files. Open the folder "Text to Binary". Double Click on the file named "setup.exe" or "setup". Follow the instruction at your screen.

Other help:
If it is not winrar then you will have to extract everything into a folder and run "setup.exe" or "setup".
